Amber/orange in color, thin white head. Smell: citrus, pine, hint of cinnamon. Taste: hoppy, strong carbonation, aftertaste is somewhat flat and bitter.
Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy pale amber orange color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty caramel aroma. Fruity malty caramel hoppy flavor. Has a fruity malty caramel hoppy finish. dynamiteninja (1930) - North Yorkshire, ENGLAND - DEC 26, 2017
Bottle. Not going to lie, when the bottle said "strong ale" I was expecting a dark ale, but no matter. Pours a gently sparkling gold body with a loose white head. Nose is fairly basic stuff; lots of candied fruit and red fruit backed up by spicy hops. Bittersweet with a dry finish. Mouthfeel is clean. Good, if unspectacular. redders1974 (1694) - Greater Manchester, ENGLAND - DEC 26, 2017
UPDATED: DEC 28, 2017 Lighter than average thin head some soap bitter hop medium body medium carbonation. mike_77 (7229) - Breda, NETHERLANDS - DEC 25, 2017
Copper colour with lasting head. Aroma and flavour have some sweet caramel malts and a hint of raisin. beeebon (504) - Cornwall, ENGLAND - DEC 8, 2017
From bottle pours pale brown in colour with small lingering head. Aroma is a touch earthy, grassy, biscuit, metalic. Medium bitter taste and a touch sweet, Carbonation is too strong for my liking and a touch watery texture wise. Beer form Xmas calendar, drinkable but not brilliant.

From old tasting notes. Bright orange gold color with a medium frothy beige head. Slightly tart fruity malt nose. Semi dry malty flavor upfront. Briny notes in middle. Light malty finish with bitter hops is quite satisfying and long on the palate. Well balanced and flavorful. Fukito (1064) - Santiago, CHILE - APR 18, 2015
Clear golden with a medium white head. Aroma is some caramel and oxidized malts. Flavor is slight bittersweet some flowery hops, watery and with some cardboard short light aftertaste. Medium to light palate, nothing remarkable and a bit tired. MrBlueSky93 (535) - Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, ENGLAND - FEB 9, 2015
Bottle from Tesco.
Pours Orange-Brown, single finger head. Aroma of malt, slight port, caramel musty, fruits, lemon, orange. Tastes much the same, hoppy fruits, but the malts take over for me. Decently balanced, nice and smooth. MissPxx (991) - Greater London, ENGLAND - JUL 13, 2014
Fairly slight aroma. Very bitter tasting with a real tingle in the tongue. Dark amber color and really clear in appearance.
