Cask. Dark tea beer with a thick offwhite head. Not much of a nose other than a light wheaty malt. Deep malty tastes in the mouth releasing tea, light toffees and a little spiciness. Pleasant. JorgeLee (2110) - Greater London, ENGLAND - JAN 24, 2014
Cask in the Flask NW3. Reddish tinge to a brown beer. Warming and malty, some pleasant bitterness. A bit of a boozy kick. Overall not bad.

On tap at the Guildford Arms.
Appearance - a lovely red to toffee colour nice head. Beautiful.
Nose - biscuits and spice. Some herby or pine notes too but subtle.
Taste - a more intense version of the nose.
Palate - medium bodied with a crunchy texture and a fairly elegant finish.
Overall - I like this but would classify as an ESB. MissPxx (991) - Greater London, ENGLAND - DEC 28, 2013
