bu11zeye (13029) - Frisco (Dallas), Texas, USA - JAN 13, 2008
(Bottle) Pours a clear golden amber body with a small off-white head. Aroma of nuts, caramel, toasted oats, and light apple. Flavor of toasted malt, oatmeal, nuts, and caramel malt. Seemed like a cross between an altbier and a Belgian amber.

downender (8767) - Bristol, Gloucestershire, ENGLAND - DEC 29, 2007
250ml bottle. Deep golden colour with a moderate white head. Aroma of honey, apricot, herbs and a touch of spice. The flavour had some sweet malt, spice and fruit with a dry finish. Good.

A Mes rate: Yet another freebie from Lowlander.
Bright orange amber appearance with no head. Malty and musty. Heavy tobacco. Nuts, caramel, watery, dull, I’m done.

DruncanVeasey (8260) - Nr NUNEATON, Warwickshire, ENGLAND - OCT 8, 2007
Copper pour, nose of rust. Becoming gooseberryish as it warms. Silky suds and fizzing bead. Mouth is ash, wheat, apple-accented fruit, with a hint of musty earth. Dryish finish with touches of caramel and biscuity malts in the aftertaste. Drinkable enough, but nothing worth returning to.

rsmeds (228) - Turku, FINLAND - JUL 19, 2007
Bottle. Slightly hazy orange, with tiny white head. Mild strawberry aroma with sweet, malty molasses or caramel. Flavor reflects aroma, but even milder. Not as fruity, but with caramel sweetness and spices. Smooth.

Maria (10211) - Thisted, DENMARK - JUL 1, 2007
Warm golden, slightly hazy, OK head. The aroma has notes of hops and fruit, just like the flavour that also has notes of citrus, melon and caramel. The bitterness is OK. Charming, but not outstanding.

Fin (10750) - Merton, Oxfordshire, England, Oxfordshire, ENGLAND - JUL 1, 2007
Bottle picked up from Spar, Ypres Belgium 23-06-07. This was a super little pale amber coloured ale that had a very individual taste quite different to many of it’s Belgian Ale rivals. A styleish and great summer ale that was easy drinking, light in taste and displaying some nice fruity touches.
