Pours golden with minimal head. Sweet and inoffensive, but ultimately also quite forgettable beer.

Bottle 33cl. Pours a large, white, foamy head. The liquid has a hazy, dark gold, almost orange appearance. Nice fruity and malty aroma. Taste is more bitter, but still malty and fruity, also some yeast. Aftertaste is light bitter and very smooth. Oily palate. A nice beer.

Benzai (16151) - Oirschot, THE NETHERLANDS, NETHERLANDS - NOV 15, 2012
33cl bottle @ home shared with Dutchdrebus. Clear golden color, full sized, good lacing, white head. Smell lightly malts, fruityness, maybe even a light touch of hops. Taste lightly malts, again fruityness and lightly a hint of hops, some sweetness. Decent carbonation and body.

On bottle from supermarket in Ieper . Golden color, good foam. Good fruity aromas, some honey, nice yeast influence, citrus, pineapple. Medium body & medium/ high complexity. Some sweetness, well balanced. Enjoyable

[email protected], Tongeren BE. Looking in the menu for something hoppy. Ypra looks good on paper and it doesn’t disappoint. It pours hazy and has a rich nose of dried fruit and spices. Taste follows this with a nice, slightly malty, bitter. Pleasant surprise.

Sour aroma, bit of yeast. Somewhat thick and sugary. Bit of hoppy bitterness on the back of the tongue.

A hazy yellow beer with citrus, banana and spicy fruity flavours and a very dry warming zesty finish.

heavy (2890) - Split, CROATIA - JUL 22, 2011
06/05 0.33 l bottle courtesy of Marko, thanks for sharing! It poured hazy golden body with medium sized head. Fine biscuit malty aroma, somewhat spicy. Weaker flavor, generally sweet, malty, simple, thin and pretty much boring for what it is. It had nice, long and pleasant aftertaste though. An easy Belgian ale to drink anyhow.
