At a fantasy football draft, finished the growler and single that I brought. There was a bunch of these and regular Yuengling in the fridge, so figured I’d grab a Y’ Light to review since I never sampled. Basically a watered down version of Yuengling. Not much more to say. Bottle -Pours pale amber, not much head. Faint aroma, hint of pale malt. Watery flavor... buttered biscuit, very mild hops finish. Meh. mike5326 (1754) - virginia beach, Virginia, USA - APR 13, 2016
Poured from a tap. Medium clear copper color, medium frothy white head. Not much of an aroma. Light body with a light slightly skunk malt flavor and a light finish.

Bottle to shaker glass, pours clear amber. One finger quick white head, no lacing, slight retention. Aroma of corn and hay. Taste is lightly sweet, just a hint of bitterness. Very light bodied, soft carbonation, watery mouth feel. Finishes dry. It has more flavor than most light beers, which is about all I can say about this offering. argo0 (14127) - Washington DC, USA - DEC 17, 2015
12oz can. Medium off-white head that mostly dissipates atop crystal clear deep amber body. Aroma is moderately sweet, caramel, some corn, light spicy. Taste is moderately sweet, caramel, cereal/corn, light earthy. Light body, faint stickiness. Perfectly adequate, which you can’t say about many "Light" beers.

Not too shabby. Not great, sure. Light, watery. BUT its a good clean true lager flavor in there. If you have to drink a light lager, its a good choice. Moderate cereal presence, light hopping but actually detectable hop bitterness. rdixon77 (2829) - Georgia, USA - NOV 11, 2015
Always an option. Watery version of pretty much a watery beer, retains some of the sweetness. It's okay shotgun1431 (138) - franklin furnace, Ohio, USA - SEP 21, 2015
Amber with a quickly disapating white head. Smells slightly sweet. Not much flavor but easy to drink. luttonm (6270) - Seattle, Washington, USA - SEP 10, 2015
Draft at the Elks Club in Maynard. Light clear brown. Mild malty lager, some flavor but very very light and clean. Ok. Maverick34 (3238) - New York, USA - AUG 29, 2015
I think we drank this in college. It was watery crap I know I’m as shocked as you are right now.
