typical unintersting light beer. very thin beer although this one does have a nice color and an alright head. guess its alright for what it is. stegosaurus (1882) - Levittown, Pennsylvania, USA - JAN 30, 2006
pours golden small white head, aroma of corn, sweet malt, earth. flavor is somewhat watery, grainy, thin bodied, why bother. zach8270 (4022) - Henrietta, New York, USA - JAN 30, 2006
(bottle - 12 oz) Going through some old notes and found this one. Golden pour with a thin white head. Grassy and malty aroma with some hops. Taste was very light with some grains and hops. Finishes clean. Not a terrible light beer. jb (3211) - Rochester, New York, USA - JAN 29, 2006
Starts similar to big brother, nice dark yellow color, no head, decent aroma of grass, grain, grainy palate that peters out real quick. Bought because it was on sale and was curious how it compared to the decent lager - stick with lager. Cletus (6355) - Connecticut, USA - JAN 26, 2006
Typical pale lager. Yellow with a light head. Watery taste with some peppery notes.
morrdt (715) - Jacksonville, Florida, USA - JAN 21, 2006
Nothing like its big brother, this is rather weak an not very special. A bit watery, like all light beers, and this is for the ladies. Casteel420 (59) - Bristol, Virginia, USA - JAN 17, 2006
Not bad for a domestic light beer. Very cheap around here ($4/6er). Not much taste or aroma to speak of... beerbill (3616) - Laurel, New York, USA - JAN 13, 2006
12 oz. can. Pours very similar to the lager, except the white fizzy head disappeared much quicker. Not much aroma to speak of. Thinner, watered down flavor as compared to their regular lager, but then again it is a light beer. Better than 95% of the light beers on the market. biznizness (1128) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - JAN 8, 2006
Not too good...in fact, BAD. Definitely not up to par with the regular lager, but I guess that is no surprise. Pass on this one. MattShizzle (612) - Bernville, Pennsylvania, USA - JAN 2, 2006
Not good. This is definitely the worst from Yuengling. Why would a good brewery like this degrade themself by making a light beer? Give me chesterfield ale any day!
