12 oz. can. Pours very similar to the lager, except the white fizzy head disappeared much quicker. Not much aroma to speak of. Thinner, watered down flavor as compared to their regular lager, but then again it is a light beer. Better than 95% of the light beers on the market. biznizness (1128) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - JAN 8, 2006
Not too good...in fact, BAD. Definitely not up to par with the regular lager, but I guess that is no surprise. Pass on this one. MattShizzle (616) - Bernville, Pennsylvania, USA - JAN 2, 2006
Not good. This is definitely the worst from Yuengling. Why would a good brewery like this degrade themself by making a light beer? Give me chesterfield ale any day! waveman352 (178) - Saratoga Springs, New York, USA - DEC 25, 2005
12 oz. bottle 12/24/05. A pretty good light beer. Definatly similar to that of the traditional lager. More watered down and nothing to great. Other than apperaling to light beer drinkers its not all that great. For sure one of the best light beers i’ve tried obviously behind Samuel Adams Light. bottle...crystal clear light amber color with fizzy white head that totally disappears in less than a minute. Malty aroma, with a slight DMS presence. Kind of earthy malt aroma. Malty flavors, not a lot of character. Minimal if any hop presence, I actually taste none, certainly not offensive, but unimpressive. Would be a good session beer, not unlike what I expected.

aroma is decent much like normal yuengling, appearance is pretty light, flavor is alot like rolling rock but with a better after taste, palate is watery though Ritterkreuz (179) - Seneca Falls, New York, USA - DEC 1, 2005
A good beer, but not the best, if you like light beers its definately worth a try. zdeuce (3) - USA - NOV 23, 2005 does not count
It’s definately a light beer. Disappointing as I like Yuengling lager. Watered down version of the regular lager. If you like Yuengling, and are trying to stick to light beers, I guess this might be ok, but otherwise I would say stay away. clifford0163 (93) - Maryland, USA - NOV 16, 2005
taste like the lager but with a water downed flavor i dont understand why thy make this beer its not worth it jhliesen (833) - West Melbourne, Florida, USA - NOV 15, 2005
Bottle-Poured amber with the tiniest of heads, malt flavor with some corn taste. No real aroma present. Still, it had more flavor than I expected--however, as the beer sat for a few minutes, the taste became less and less pleasant.
