cooplander's rating

cooplander (543) - Florida, USA - FEB 14, 2012
golden color not much head, aroma of biscuit, bread, taste is bready and very watery, highly carbonated, better than a lot of other light pale lagers

Frank (4172) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - MAY 16, 2017
Solid light. Iím probably being tricked by caramel color but this seems to have a pretty solid grain character and even a kiss of hops. Real low in ABV too which I can get behind.

ginotarugo (70) - Pennsylvania, USA - APR 24, 2017
I respect any Brewery that has been around nearly 200 years, but I was hoping for something more. This beer isnít bitter, isnít spicy, isnít sweet. It isnít much of anything unfortunately. It tastes watered-down and flat. It is, however, very easy to drink. Not bad, but not good either. Extremely low ABV.

wlajwl (6742) - Quad Cities, Iowa, USA - APR 15, 2017
Aroma and flavor is mild malts, a hint of fruit and a slightly tart/smooth finish. Not bad actually.

Average beer, not great!. From the outside looking in this beer seems great, but once you taste it, thatís when you realize is not all that.

vtafro (7445) - Wayne, New Jersey, USA - FEB 21, 2017
Can. Light amber pour with light head. Mild malt, sweet aromas. Not much to this flavor, amber malt, but better than the normal light beers.

For some reason Yuengling is extremely popular in New Orleans. Iíd like to do some research into why!

monkeychugg55 (1086) - Joliet, Illinois, USA - SEP 26, 2016
Darker than expected, a light amber with a small white head. The aroma is somewhat toasty, with light caramel notes. The flavor is a lot lighter, somewhat metallic, and strong carbonation. Seemed nice till I tasted it.

kerenmk (4722) - Tel Aviv, ISRAEL - SEP 3, 2016
Bottle to plastic cap at Robertís Western World, Broadway, Nashville, TN, 4.5.16. Clear amber. Light malt and limestone aroma, sweet and wort and oxidized taste. Light body, worty and oxidized finish.

Leafs93 (2292) - Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 30, 2016
Well, its a highly watered down version of the regular Lager. You can barely make out the familiar malt profile but alas it is not terrible. However, I would never choose this over a regular Lager!

Jabah (474) - Winter Park, Florida, USA - AUG 23, 2016
At a fantasy football draft, finished the growler and single that I brought. There was a bunch of these and regular Yuengling in the fridge, so figured Iíd grab a Yí Light to review since I never sampled. Basically a watered down version of Yuengling. Not much more to say.
