COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Note: At the time of the RBESG 2012, in July 2012, the waiters insisted that what they served was the Tmavé 12° despite the menu (still) saying it was the 13°. Check with the waiters what you’re drinking.

Long lasting high head. Very black colour. Nothing special about aroma, great taste, a bit sour, but very drinkable. On the limit with watery taste, great

Draught @ Zamocka Pivovar, Bratislava, Slovak Replublic. Pours dark brown with a light tan head. Aroma of roasted malt, light coffee, light sourness, bread. Flavor is rather sour, malt, light caramel, bread, light sour cherries (not intented) sourness... Thin to medium body, soft to average carbonation, sour finish. 130816

Jan. ’16. On tap at the brewpub. It poured a hazy dark brown body with big brown head. Lightly roasted malt aroma, harsh caramel, sugar, light coffee. Both sweet and bitter flavor, roasted, mostly coffee and caramel, with a light herbal note that was more prominent towards the end. Pleasant, quite typical dunkel with a lean to a schwarzbier. From what I read on my RBESG rate, completely different than 12°.

All the 3 different beers that I tried at this brewpub were not so different. Not bad

At the brewpub. Oh well, still Tmavé 13° on the menu, boards etc. Thanks Pornoguru for sharing. Blackish body with a slightly off-white head. Creamy coffee aroma. Light, dry yet smooth taste, mild coffee. OK enough, drinkable, you can do worse.

.3l pour from tap into glass mug at brewpub in Bratislava. Dark, dark brown, opaque, creamy off-white head. Body is light, fairly smooth, and creamy. A bit of evident carbonation. Nose is roasty with some sweet caramel notes and dark bread. Taste is similar, with a pronounced sweetness up front and a mildly bitter finish. Pleasant.

fajry (2082) - SLOVAK REPUBLIC - SEP 10, 2014
Výčap Zámocký. Tmavo hnedá až čierna farba, krémová pena, rýchlo opadla. Vôňa pražených sladov, karamelu, horkej kávy, orieškov. Plnšie telo, stredná nasýtenosť. V chuti dosť veľká sladkosť, prevažujú karamelové tóny a na konci pražené slady.
