Pours clear, deep golden, minimal bubbly head, evident carbonation. Aroma of apples and white wine. Taste is sweet, strong apple, spices, and a tannic dry finish. Full bodied cider, very well balanced, I might have preferred a bit less of sugary after taste, though. djd07 (14508) - Houston, Texas, USA - DEC 29, 2016
Bottle at WTF 3. Pours a cloudy orange with small white head that diminishes quickly The aroma is oak, rubber, apple skin. Thin body, oak, apple, light tartness, dry finish, good. ContemplateBeer (2089) - Louisville, Kentucky, USA - OCT 9, 2016
500 ml bottle from Louisville Beer Store; shared with Boo. Aroma: Moderate bittersweet juice with some lighter lemon/citrus characteristics. Appearance: Transparent yellow gold with a stream of carbonation holding up a spotty head. Flavor: Sweet over bitter juice up front; citrus elements add some tartness that lingers on to the finish, which is long. Palate: Medium body, sticky texture, average carbonation, long finish. Overall: Not going to knock you out with complexity, but an enjoyable one nonetheless. Quenches a greasy slice of pizza pretty well. nosajhongkong (81) - North Point, HONG KONG - SEP 4, 2016
UPDATED: SEP 8, 2016 0,5L bottle bought at the Bottle Shop Hong Kong.
Appearance: Pours a clear, deep golden colour with fast disappearing white head. Lively and fizzy carbonation and bubbles.
Aroma: Mainly ripe red apple, with some light tart, crisp apple. Some tropical fruit such as white grape, citrus and guava. Smells like brett beer when warm.
Taste: Medium ripe apple tartness and sweetness. Some oak, wood and spice. Quite strong tannin and apple tartness when swallow. The complexity of the taste is quite smooth.
Palate: Very dry and crisp finish with ripe apple and light spice and brett aftertaste. Sharp and rich tannin. Full body with high carbonation.
Overall: Very juicy and refreshing ripe apple. Well-balanced sweetness and tannin tartness. It smells similar to brett when it becomes warmer. The dry and full-bodied finish conclude its complexity quite good. anders37 (26625) - Malmö, SWEDEN - SEP 20, 2015

Bottle, shared by me... in my dining room... just now. omega (900) - NEW ZEALAND - NOV 21, 2013
Pours a nice golden color with tons of tiny bubbles rising from the bottom of the glass, so many so that they seem to be allowing for some head retention on this cider, odd... but cool nevertheless.
The aroma is certainly apple forward but only lightly sweet. It’s a touch on the funky side with some nice wet limestone.
The flavor is really decidedly dry, far moreso than the aroma ever let on. It’s nicely tart & features bitter apples quite well. There is some apple skin and some nice minerallity. Honestly it does a wonderful job of ticking off things that I love in cider, although it falls a touch short of being mind blowing, I can’t put my finger on it... but it skips over the sort of "depth" of flavor that I love about Scrumpy or Norman Ciders... but that’s not to say that it’s not very very good.
The mouthfeel is like a very lively champagne, prickly on the tongue quick at the start and long in the finish.
Quite a funky cider. Little bit perfumed and cloudy on the pour. Quite dry on the finish which lingers. turnermj (5) - NEW ZEALAND - NOV 8, 2013 does not count
500mL bottle. Poured clear with a light rust colour. Rich nose with an almost tropical nose, mixed with a slight grassy note. Weight comes through the tannins on the palate which moves to a focused, dry finish. Could enjoy many more of these over the summer months.
