I had this On tap at the American Flatbread Burlington Hearth.
Served in a small challis I asked for a short pour after sampling it.
The brew was a dark reddish brown in color with a small of white head that faded fast. The brew had a aroma of blueberries and it also had a light maple note to me as well. This brew drank well the alcohol was a little hot but the flavor of sweet malts help calm it down. It had a medium to full feel in my mouth.
I liked this beer I treated it as a desert and enjoyed every drop. I would gladly drink it again

A dark burgundy brown ale woith a thin lacing off white head. Light sweet maple aroma with light solvents. In mouth, an intense dark maple syrup, with light hops tangyness, but no blueberries. Still quite interesting. On tap at brewpub, August 3 2009. JoeMcPhee (9427) - Toronto, ON, Ontario, CANADA - AUG 4, 2009
Amber pour with a thin white head. The nose is lovely. A bit of soft sweet Belgian maltiness. A little bit of fruity yeastiness over a sweet soft maltiness. Lots of sweet Belgiany malts with the yeast showing lots of nice sweet fruitiness and a kiss of clovey spice. There is a nice blueberry sweetness. The blueberry plays very nicely with the Belgiany yeast fruitiness. Another very well-balanced Belgian ale.
