Draft. Nice fruity aroma of grapefruit, tangerine and caramel. Flavor is just as good. Light tangerine, mild piney bitterness, orange rind, dry bread. Chewy medium body with low carbonation and creamy texture. Light pine/ citrus to finish. Really tasty!

[5294-20130428] Tap. Evergreen resin hops aroma. Hazy, red orange body with a quick foamy off-white head. Resiny bitter orange rind hops flavour has sweetened tea notes. Medium-full body is quite bitter. Delicious, very drinkable, great bitter balance. (8/3+/8+/4/17) 4.0

In short: A bitter golden IPA. Unexceptional but clean and drinkable.
How: Tap at brewpub.
The look: Clear golden body topped by a medium off-white head leaving lots of lacings on the glass.
In long: Nose is a bit fruity, a bit dank, a bit resinous, not so aromatic. Taste offers a lot of cereals, strong toastiness sensation, crunchy caramel. A hopping that feels a bit sandy, coniferous, tropical fruits. An assertive bitterness that leads to an after-taste void of accompanied flavors, just plain bitterness. Another tasty clean hoppy beer from Zero Gravity, a good beer as usual but the craftbeer movement is moving faster than this brewpub, many of their beers are starting to have a good old-school feel. Another day at Flatbread eating pizza and drinking Zero Gravity beer, the other day I got a call from Visa to notify me someone had used my credit card to buy vegetables at a grocery store.

2013-04-28.Dark orange body, small off white head. 3+ Aroma is modest, similar resiny aroma to the TLA, caramel malt undertones. Flavour is pleasant, citrus, and orange up front, modest resiny character. Light tea like undertones show up occasionally and are not welcome, detracting from the citrus core. Average plus bodied palate, suitable carbonation. Needs a touch less malt to let the citrus shine, but still nice. Apparently named for a local mathematician! On tap at American Flatbread, Burlington
