On tap at the brewpub. Glowing orange amber pour with cask head. Aroma is quite sprucy, tons of spruce, light herbal notes, very floral, veryt spicy, light peppery notes, lots of woody aromas, light earth. Taste is sweet, grainy with vegetal undertones. Palate is med-light bodied with low carbonation. Good for a gruit I guess, I’ll just stick with hops in my beer. Inertiaman37 (32) - - JUL 9, 2015

Hazy nutty orange colour with small head. Aroma is fruits, wheat, grass and some very herbal notes. Flavour is quite similar along with some mild yeasty and earthy notes. A quite interesting brew.
