Bottle 50cl, a clear yellow beer. Nose is on peppery and grassy hops. Aroma is also near a dortmunder helles, lot of grassy and peppery hops dry grain touch, low body, good bitterness. kevnic2008 (11965) - Baden-Baden, GERMANY - AUG 15, 2012
Medium head with medium duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are malt and hops. Light oily palate. jfb (6229) - GERMANY - JUL 12, 2012
(bottle, thanks marce!) pours a clear yellow colour with a frothy white head. surprising aroma of herbal hops and straw, slightly perfumed and spicy, with some light cardboard and earwax. flavour is mostly the same, very herbal-hoppy, with a strawy malt base and no oxidation, quite drinkable. light to medium-bodied with soft carbonation and a slightly bitter, dry finish. April 2009 on BA: This brown 0.5litre bottle came to me from ’Beers of Europe’, via MONOLITH GmbH (a German firm). The front label has a viking boat with a red sail as its center piece. The beer is 4.9%. Although the only other reviewer had a different bottle (label wise and strength wise), I am sure this is the same beer.
Very, very pale yellow, a golden weak urine colour to be honest. The white head did try and stay on each of the three pours (into a Veltins Pilsner glass).
There was a hint of cereals in the aroma, but not much else, gets my standard 3 for a non-smelling pils/lager.
Tasted better than it looked, a run of the mill pilsner with no outstanding or interesting features. Clean, refreshing and OK.
No real body depth, but what true pilsners have? Would hold its own against better known German pilsners (Becks, Dab, etc).
I won’t be booking any flights or re-ordering any more of these, but it isn’t an unpleasant beer by any means. edpeg (904) - Berlin, GERMANY - APR 2, 2012
UPDATED: APR 3, 2012 0,5l Bottle. Pours pale yellow clear body with creamy white head. Has some lacing and the head forms nice bubble structure. Aromas hay and grains. Palate is thin but slick and mouthful. Carbonation is soft mouthful. Aftertaste is sweet malty quite mild watery. Finish is dry and medium hopped, actually quite well balanced, the hops flavours is floral and litte fruity and fizzy on the tongue. All in all, it has little of typical lager taste, but a positive suprise due to well-rounded hoppy finish. Quite drinkable and refreshing.

Bottle, 4.9%. Weak flowery hop aroma, hint of cream. Almost clear golden colour. Small frothy white head. The flavour is faintly flowery at first, followed by a rough bitterness and a bit of diacetyl. Like a standard very cheap German pils. Koelschtrinker (20216) - Köln (Cologne), GERMANY - JUL 22, 2011
Fast neutraler Geruch und leider auch Geschmack. Minimal würuig, dann kurz malzig (sehr leicht), etwas getreidig.

Pretty much a standard pilsener, but with an unprenouncable name and not readable letters. This one was quite difficult to track down to ratebeer. Benzai (15446) - Oirschot, THE NETHERLANDS, NETHERLANDS - JUN 18, 2011
Color clear, yellow, slightly lighter than standard pilsener. First taste is fresh, aftertaste dry. Palate fine. Borup (14270) - Albertslund, DENMARK - JUN 2, 2011
Bottle from the Russian store "Moskva" in Copenhagen. Clear pale golden colour with a white head. Aroma and flavour of hops and malt.
