500ml bottle from Lermoos, Austria. Pours a orange color with a very fast to go white head. Aroma is bananas, cream and citrus. Taste is Taste is watery version of the same. Palate is smooth but has a strange after taste and some smoke in it. Average

Juks (1113) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - SEP 9, 2017
500ml bottle. Pours cloudy orange, medium sized light beige head stays nicely, lacing. Aroma is sweet, lots of banana, spiciness. Taste is wheaty, banana, sweet, spicy. Bit weak aftertaste, bready. Light to medium bodied, average carbo. Expected more creamy texture, bit weak, but drinkable.

mariuszek (1495) - Gdynia, POLAND - AUG 30, 2017
Hazy, dark golden, faint aroma of yeast and bananas, similar in taste. Light body, a bit watery.

MarcoBasile (467) - DENMARK - JUL 23, 2017
Pours cloudy murky orange color with a slightly off white head.

Aroma is bready, wheaty, malty with a fruity yeasty note to it.

Taste is wheaty, bready, fruity, quite sweet, but with a slightly spicy kick from the yeast. Not a bad weiss.

Smooth wheaty texture, soft carbonation, medium body.

Moretum (173) - Vienna, AUSTRIA, AUSTRIA - JUN 16, 2017

Excellent Austrian weissbier with all the necessary flavors present (banana, yeast). Long and refreshing finish.

After two dubious offerings from this brewery I was fairly dismayed to turn up another Zillertal in the cellar in need of rating. This really is a job sometimes. Large amounts of floaters visible in the bottle and smeared to the glass. Well, yeast is to be expected in a Weizen. There is a LOT of stuff floating by in there though. The beer is also exactly 4 days past the expiration date for what it’s worth. Pours dark orange from the bottle. On top is a soft, foamy almost creamy head. Aroma is banana, clove, something sour and fermented - like certain yogurts. Taste is very bready, sweet on the swill, and ladened with a tart, almost acidic note that asserts itself during the finish. Overall the beer is actually pretty tolerable. The tartness and the crisp, medium body also convey a certain refreshing quality that pairs nicely with the underlying bready sweetness. Not a brew worth seeking out, but not one to refuse either.

MoritzF (10142) - Ottobrunn, GERMANY - AUG 20, 2016
(bottle) Cloudy, orange-golden colour with a tall and firm, minimally off-white foamy head. Moderately wheaty and slightly bready malty aroma with fruity notes of citrus, ripe banana, as well as hints of cloves, vanilla and sulfur. Mildly sweet and delicately acidic flavour, light to medium bodied with a tame carbonation for a wheat beer. Bready malty base with present notes of wheat, mildly fruity hints of banana, also a whiff of vanilla and cloves; sweet and delicately sour-fruity finish. Mediocre Hefeweizen. 20.VIII.16

0,33 l Flasche.
