I had this three months ago at Zils and just found my notes on it. Amber body with a big rocky top cream head. Great lacing. Smell is of light bread, malt, brown sugar, and honey. Taste was the same with banana and some yeast. Left some acidic notes after swallowed but not offensive. Hops at the end were well balanced with the front of the drink. Good beer and will go back when they brew this again. delnoche (516) - Alamogordo, New Mexico, USA - JUN 20, 2009
Served in a mug. Clear amber with lots of long-lasting white creamy head. Aroma is molasses, brown sugar, vanilla, slighly roasty. Flavor is the same. Finish is average length, moderately bitter. Very drinkable. Good brew. fata2683 (2176) - Tucson, Arizona, USA - JUN 1, 2009
on tap at the brew pub, pours cloudy carmel color with a tall off white head, plenty of lacing. Cracked wheat and malt aroma with some light hop notes. Flavor is the same, some sweet malt, bannana and yeast in the vein of a weissen. Finishes lightly bitter, extremely drinkable.
