Bottle as "Zipfer Heller". Clear light yellow color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, grain, light hoppy, citrus. Flavor is light to moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is light, texture is watery, carbonation is lively. (090907)

330 ml bottle. Golden body with a small white head. Not much aroma, a bit malt and a somehow sourish in a typical pilsner manner. Flavor is pretty straight forward euro pilsner. A dash of malt, a small indication of fruitiness and somehow bitter. This bitterness emphasizes a certain feeling of being sour when this beer is sampled in the middle of an ale session. Refreshing and that’s it.

Almost no difference from the other Zipfer I brought from Vienna. Golden, medium head, light flavour, very little bitterness.

Slayer85 (1051) - Firenze, ITALY - AUG 3, 2007
Bottled. A pale golden beer with a white head. Thre aroma is weak, lightly malty and bready. The flavour is grainy with only some hop traces. Not terrible but there is better.

NosirIwont (2574) - Husum, DENMARK - JUL 5, 2007
Bottle. As ‘Zipfer Original’. Pours yellow with a diminishing white head. Sweetish, slightly dry aroma. Malt, hops and cereals. Same goes for the flavour. Milky and apple notes in the mildly bitter finish. 06-07-07.

Braincage1 (147) - Cary, North Carolina, USA - JUN 21, 2007
Bottle in Austria. Poured orangy gold with a white medium head. A high level of carbonation dominates this beer leaving it feeling rather bland. Still it has some sweet and hoppy presence. Still refreshing.

DaMenace123 (253) - Houston, Texas, USA - MAY 30, 2007
Light golden with huge head, good lacing. Starts hoppy, then creamy malt flavor with a bit of skunky hops.

Russo (2011) - Hemhofen, GERMANY - MAY 26, 2007
BOTTLE. I could tru this one in Vienna. Golden color with a nice white head. aroma is malty and flavor with some hoppy. Cerveja dourada com aroma maltado e notas de lupulo no sabor.

garthicus (2942) - Dublin, IRELAND - MAY 5, 2007
Pours with a beautiful head, the aroma is of cut grass, however has chemical undertones, tastes initially like mary jane but soon exposes its cheap chemical and alcohol taste, cost 4 euros and there are plenty of other beers I would rather spend my money on,
