Beerhunter111 (21775) - P´Castle, GERMANY - FEB 1, 2014
Ins Glas ergießt sich ein trübes goldgelbes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch hefig, fruchtig, leicht würzig. Geschmack hefig, fruchtig mit minimaler Bitterkeit.

kappldav123 (6122) - GERMANY - NOV 26, 2013
Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, a bit darker than exspected. Starts mild, malty-yeasty, modest roasty. Soft hints of caramel. Finish dominated by malty notes, mild fruity. Quite drinkable. A good one!

omikr0n (939) - Prague, CZECH REPUBLIC - NOV 22, 2013
Bottle. Pours hazy yellow with nice lasting white head. Aroma is malt, wheat, hay, hint of bananas. Flavor is wheat, bananas, yeast, a bit earthy. Rather interesting weizen.

kaziopiwosz (393) - Warszawa / Wałbrzych, POLAND - MAY 30, 2013
Somewhat sour, grainy palate with orange nutes. Medium-long finish. White and thick foam, stays long. Honey colour. A really good weizen beer.

JorgeLee (2167) - Greater London, ENGLAND - NOV 5, 2012
Bottle from Kris Wines. Dark tan colour, big white head. A toffee and apple flavoured weizen, not so much wheaty spice. A little bit thin and watery on the palate. Hmm flavours would be quite nice just not assertive enough.

ElDesmadre (3627) - Mikołów, POLAND - SEP 29, 2012
Bottle. Hazy amber golden, head dissipates rather quickly given the style. Aroma is heavy on citrus, with strong notes of bubblegum, cloves, biscuity malt and pear instead of banana. Malty, fruity, yeasty flavour, light tart, with a faint bitterish finish. Reasonable body, high carbonation. If the finish wasn’t so dry in a tart way, this one would be even better.

Mariusz (12066) - Baden-Baden, GERMANY - SEP 1, 2012
Amber color with medium white head. Strong banana in aroma. taste, wheat, yeast, banana. Sweet wheaty finish. Good Weizen.

July 2010: Brown 50cl bottle, the last of the three beers I’ve reviewed from this brewery. All the bottles were purchased from ’Beers of Europe’. Poured into one of my Franziskaner Weissbier glasses: It didn’t look too good actually, loads of floating sediment racing up and down the glass below a pure white (huge) head. I’ve never seen a Hefeweizen with so much muck hurtling around before. It wouldn’t settle because of the carbonisation of course, some items did rest on the base of the glass eventually, but not much. The body colour was the regular lemon/orange cloudy mix normally associated with Hefeweizen. I always expect vanilla and banana esters when I smell this style of beer, this had an apple and yeast aroma, not unpleasant but not what I wanted. The taste was weak and bland for this type of beer, not impressed. Of the 28 Hefeweizen I’ve had the pleasure reviewing on BA this is the worst. This brewery has let me down on all three beers I’ve had, not sure any German brewery has ever done that before. I’ll not be having a fourth.

Bottle. Amber color, hazy. Banana and a hint of citrus in the somewhat yeasty flavor. Hint of clove. Only moderately interesting beer.
