UPDATED: SEP 27, 2008 Bottled at Pelikan, Bamberg. Cloudy amber, small head. Sweet and fruity, sticky and primitive. Sweaty and mellow. Really not worth spending your money on, especially if you’re in Franconia.

Koelschtrinker (20782) - Köln (Cologne), GERMANY - MAY 4, 2011
Test vom 22.9.2005, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 13,8,8,7,7,8

Oakes (18200) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JUL 1, 2009
Quite cloudy. Straw colour with a thick head. The aroma is quite sweet - banana, some icing sugar and some nutmeg. Fairly fizzy. Some banana and sugar, but enough wheaty acidity in the finish to cut it.

FatPhil (16689) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - JUL 30, 2017
500ml bottle (Craft & Draft, Vilnius) (5+:4:6:3:11=2.9+)
Slightly bananaey, but also blandish aroma. Taste similar. Palate a bit fizzy. Do like the banana in the finish, and the tingle of bitterness. Add all the bottom crap and the palate improves, look too, and there’s more banana and some banana strings in the taste - all the scores got some boost.
