50cl bottle, flip-top. From a trade with Erzengel, many thanks! Boured brownish color with a thick off white head. Bready, malty, some syrupy sweetness. Hint of chocolate and toasted notes. On the sweeter side with the syrupy thing.

UPDATED: OCT 20, 2017 I think this is a good lager style beer, aromatic, hay-ish, barley, malty, sweet, pure. Refreshing and nice, also nice colour.

---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Geschmack: sehr süß, Karamell, Malz, habt dezente Herbe. Nachgeschmack: Süße wirkt etwas künstlich. Gesamt: ganz nett.

50cl bottle shared with brewing buddies. Thin creamy odd white head. Very hazy amber pour. A bit too malty for me

UPDATED: JUL 2, 2016 Not bad for a Bitburger bier. A bit too bubbly for my likes, but a nice choice for a meal.

Pours a gorgeous cloudy chocolate coffee brown. Very rich and lasting off white head. It's a beautiful beer. Aroma is slightly metallic, and like burnt toast. Taste is surprisingly bitter, good sweet treacly balance, and a skunky, almost sour mid point. Background notes of rich malty toffee. Medium carbonation and not sticky: it's rich yet has a lightness to it. Delicious beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Couleur brune claire, bonne mousse.

Bottle. Hazy brown color, small white head. Light caramel aroma. Balanced sweet, medium bitter taste. Caramel, roasty malt aftertaste. Medium to thin body, medium carbonation. Good drinkable, very refreshing for a Kellerbier.

(Zischke Kellerbier Dunkel) Swing top bottle 500 ml at home, served into a dimpled mug, ABV 5.4% Brown colour on the body, a bit cloudy, with a tall and thick beige head on top, with very good retention. Light chocolate on the aroma, malts, straw, toffee. Taste is weaker than the aroma, light toasted malts, faint chocolate, plenty of metallic notes, straw. Medium thin body, high carbonation. Okay beer.
