Bottle 500ml (shop in Tbilisi). Pale yellow colour, tiny white head. Aroma is skunky and oddly grassy. Light-bodied. Fizzy. Some grassy Czech hops, light sweetness. Simple.

500 ml bottle, Light gold colour. Full bodied and sweet in the mouth with hints of honey and herbal hop notes, but the finish is muted with an estery fruity bitterness lingering longest.

the question is: how many identical "silent" pale lagers could produce Obolon?

From a can. Pours a golden yellow color. Aroma and taste are sweet bready malts.

BOTTLE 50 CL. Nice "noble" hops that don’t last long, leaving room for aromatic biscuity malts, with note of grain and husk. Still, one can smell some herbal hoppy notes in the background. The taste is less fancy, but still nice malt (not sugary or syrupy), hints of dusty grains. The carbonation is fine, some tannins, but nothing to worry about. The finish is a bit watery and lacks hops. Still, a very decent lager, where the fine malts make up for other shortcomings.

puredelusion (417) - Lviv, UKRAINE - JAN 6, 2015
0,5 bottle. Pours pale golden colour with medium white quickly diminishing head. Aroma is quite dirty, hops, malt, grass. Liquid is very clear, extremely thin texture and fizzy carbonation. Taste is hoppy, watery and a bit acidic. Medium bitter finish. Disgusting and boring "pseudo-czech" beer.

500 ml can. BB 28/09/14. (Iki) Pasvalys, Lithuania.
Cloudy golden colour with a big foamy white head. Farmyardy malty aroma with mild skunky hops. The flavour is malty with mild grassy hops. Boring but drinkable.

Poured light yellow with a medium sized effervescent white head. Strong hop aroma. Dry finish.

Boks 500ml. Gave fra djoeye. Veldig lysegulbrun. Lavt skum som raskt blir helt borte. Eplejuiceutseende. Aromen er søt malt med tilløp til gress. Smaken det samme. Kanskje et hint av eple. Var det eplejuice allikevel? I søteste laget med en anelse bitterhet i avslutninga.
