bager (2120) - Copenhagen N, DENMARK - MAR 10, 2008
Bottled (thx Karl). Dark brown coloured with a medium sized off-white head. Quite roasted and malty with notes of caramel, chocolate and hops. Nice.

Maria (10212) - Thisted, DENMARK - MAR 1, 2008
Comes as Half n’ Half. Dark amber red/brown with a small, dense head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, hops and turnips. The flavour has a light sweetness, notes of citrus, that gives (especially the finish) a dry bitterness, but also malt, caramel and hints of turnips. The overall impression isn’t very strong.

Bottle. Pours a reddish-brown colour with a white head. The nose is malty - mostly dark bread - and some hops. Flavour is light roasted malts - bread, some coffee and molasses. Also has some weird undefinable notes. Some bitter hops. Thin bodied.

OleR (4804) - Oslo, NORWAY - DEC 30, 2007
500 ml bottle (4.8% abv) from Systembolaget. Brewed by Krásné Březno for the Sweedish market (Sweedish text on the rear label). Pours a clear amber color under a thin mostely lasting off-white head. Moderate aroma of medium sweet malts, dark fruits (mainly plums) and light grassy hops. Lightly toasted malts and dark fruits in the flavor. Prononced bitterness. Light to medium body. Quite mothfilling considering the low abv. Malty and slight bitter end. A well composed and solid Dunkel.

saxo (18466) - Højbjerg, Aarhus, DENMARK - OCT 18, 2007
Bottle. Medium head with ok duration. Color is dark amber. Aroma is sweet caramel malt. Taste is sweet caramel with some hops as well.

Quack-Duck (9484) - Down South, GERMANY - OCT 7, 2007
bottle, thank you Shaney! Reddish-brown colour, small but rather persistent and creamy head. Malty aroma with a touch of honey. Fruity and malty flavour with hints of toffee and Black-Forest-honey, perfectly underlined by a hoppy bitterness and a tiny touch of coffee. What I liked especially was the brilliant fruity maltiness.

Miksu (5053) - Jyväskylä, FINLAND - SEP 13, 2007
0.5 l bottle. Brown color. Malty, toasty, bready and caramelly aroma. Sweet, sugary and toasty flavor with coffee and toffee. Cloying.

DSG (14784) - Tel Aviv, ISRAEL - AUG 4, 2007
Bottle. The label says "Zlatopramen - AMBER BEER". Dark amber beer with a medium beige head. Aroma of toasted malt, caramel and a slight fruitiness. Flavor is sweet malt and toast with light bitterness (but still some sweetness as well) in the finish. Quite medium-bodied, but still slightly thin I think. Rather enjoyable.

voota (765) - Melbourne, AUSTRALIA - JUL 30, 2007
Clear brown with a tiny off-white head. Aroma of caramel, diacetyl, metallic hops and stale, unmalted grain. The body is a little on the light side, flavours of light stale caramel, almond, some tart somethings, and grassy hops. The finish leaves a slightly sweet/sour earthy taste. Not bad at all.

ThomasE (5174) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - MAY 3, 2007
Clear reddish colour with a beige head. Malty, fruity aroma with notes of bread. Malty, dark fruit sweet flavor again with notes of bread.
