Bottle, 4.8% as Zlatopramen Half’n’Half. Roasted and vinous aroma. The flavour is vinous and sligthly sweet. Good roasted flavour, mild yet flavourful. A bit too sweet perhaps.

Bov (12888) - Bienne, SWITZERLAND - DEC 3, 2008
clear and dark reddish-amber colour with a persistent beige head, earthy aroma with notes of almonds and a touch of undefined red fruits, moderate malt body, clean palate and with a late and discrete bitterness, quite long lasting earthy aftertaste - charming

ulvbane (17) - , SWEDEN - NOV 29, 2008
Sötma och beska, inte så mycket arom. En smula obalanserad, lite vattnig med för framträdand beska. Svag järnton i den sena eftersmaken.

liinis (1773) - Helsinki, FINLAND - SEP 16, 2008
amber color clear. off-white head, sugar and syrup. almost medium body and quite tasty but too sweet.

KimJohansen (10509) - Frederiksberg C, DENMARK - SEP 13, 2008
Clear golden with tiny white head. Sweet aroma with butter and yeasty notes. Flavour likewise with hints of cardboard.

Embrouille (2854) - SWITZERLAND - AUG 14, 2008
UPDATED: FEB 14, 2009 Bottled 50cl. It pours a beautiful ruby beer with a diminishing off white head. The nose is of home made caramel, figs, pineapple, tarragon and sorbet accompanied by a slight hint of licorice. Slightly citrusy with some incense showing up. An extremely nice aroma. The taste is of pineapple, home made caramel, figs and licorice. Rather sweet. Some tarragon sneaking in. Perfectly balanced. Average lacework. Medium bodied. The finish is rather dry with hints of caramel and raisins. Wonderful. Rerate: A pretty pleasant nose. A lot of vienna characteristics. Notes of raisins. Sweet. Late bitterness. Nicely balanced. Good but far from being great.
