Bottle. The label says "Zlatopramen - AMBER BEER". Dark amber beer with a medium beige head. Aroma of toasted malt, caramel and a slight fruitiness. Flavor is sweet malt and toast with light bitterness (but still some sweetness as well) in the finish. Quite medium-bodied, but still slightly thin I think. Rather enjoyable.

500ml bottle.
Deep red, small head. Grainy aroma. Rich full bodied taste, grainy and with some burnt malts. Hops are a little astringent, but not offensively so. Pretty good quaffer, full flavoured from the dark half, and refreshing from the light half.

Bottle, 4.8% as Zlatopramen Half’n’Half. Roasted and vinous aroma. The flavour is vinous and sligthly sweet. Good roasted flavour, mild yet flavourful. A bit too sweet perhaps.

Bottle, comes as "Half n Half". Mahogany body with a small head. Malty aroma with lots of fruit and some creamy notes. Tastes sweet and bready. Some people might find this one to be too sweet. I like it.

Kicsit karamelles.

0,5 l bottle, bought at Különleges Sörök Boltja, Budapest.
Called Zlatopramen ANNO 1642 Half n’Half
Poured clear deep amber-brown with a foamy-creamy beige head. Caramel, some cocoa and bready malt aroma comes through in a herbal hop notes with some sourish yeast. Medium bodied beer with a caramel and malt based flavor profile, after the sourish yeast the herbal-grassy hop opens. Caramel balanced with hop in the aftertaste. Easy drinkable, i could slip it in a pub for hours.

Dark amber colour, very deep brown, with a big white head, but disappearing fast. Smell is sweet, toasted malt, caramel and hoppy too. Flavor is medium sweet, but with a nice bitterness in the aftertaste. Dry end. Good.

Ganska syrlig munkänsla, men mjuk.
