Zlatopramen 11 dark is traditionally brewed from barley malts, hops and water. Owing to a specific combination of several sorts of barley malts and their processing, our beer obtains an individual and characteristic taste. The delicious bitterness and the pleasant hoppy aroma of our beer come from Bohemian hops, grown in traditional hop areas and in part in our own hop gardens. The caramel taste is brought in harmony with fine bitterness and mild sweetness. This is the reason of a rare experience on drinking. The combination of employed malts imparts a pleasant colour to the beer.

(5.1% ABV, from Poland) Dark reddish brown colored, vanishing light brown head. Aroma is nicely hopped with flowers and some chocolaty-butterness. Medium bodied. Flavor is also fine with more chocolate and some roastiness, also convenient butter here with some syrupy touch. Aftertaste lasts with sweet roastiness and mild hops. Good beer.

DougShoemaker (3146) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - AUG 30, 2006
Sweet malt aroma, with some brown sugar, dark chestnut, pours a large toffee head. Fine malt flavour, more hints of brown sugar. Medium bodied, pleasantly sweet, well balanced. Very good offering. Thanks Radek.

pivo (2688) - GERMANY - JUL 26, 2004
Some caramel and some sulfur in the nose, lovely clear dark copper color and low tight head. Given the color I would have expected a heavier malt body. Toasted grains, some toffee, and a bitter finish that is interesting. Thinish and kinda simple. Nice but not thrilling.

YogiBeera (2569) - New Jersey, USA - AUG 1, 2004
Nice mahagony amber color, little head. Nice medium sweet malt nose. Light sweet malt, medium lasting taste with hoppy intervalls.

POLK (2219) - Hørning, DENMARK - JAN 16, 2012
