Bottle. Ahh... pour is a bland amber with a bit of a head that has long since left the building. Aromas are a nice mix of peppery and floral hops with a bit of honey-like sweetness lurking in the background. Flavor is more of the same, although hops are much more floral and much less pepper/spice. Very refreshing and drinkable.

Drake (13301) - Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA - JUL 9, 2008
Bottle from Beer Run in Charlottesville. Light amber color with a quickly disappearing head. Very grainy aroma with no detectable bitterness. Taste starts off grainy and becomes bitter, fruity and slightly metallic. Definite sweaty sock notes. Medium body.

Good one from Slovakia. Traditional beer of the neighbours. Pale golden color, light white head. Floral hop dominates the aroma with bready malts. Smooth mouthfeel with some citruses, floral hop, bottom yeast. Not a very big beer, but drinkable.

Pale, light golden in colour; subtle hops and barley mix, not too strong in odour; subtle fizz, there’s plenty there but its not a mouth full of bubbles experience, rather soft; delicious, earthy taste, not too strong, not too light; has a bit of an aftertaste, but not over powering.

Pours a straw yellow colour with a fairly large grainy head. Astringent, very acidic- and for the most part rather boring. smooth hop finish makes up for the excitement this beer never had.

Strong golden colour, with an extremely foamy white head. Strong taste of hops and citrus, pretty tasty.

bottle, yellow in color with pils head, goody body and flavors of hops and grassy citrus, a little sharp on the finish

Solid pilsner style beer. Very tasty, One of my favorite European Pilsners. Poured with a nice white head and a bit o lace. Malty aroma with the bitter hop fully present. Some neutral corn sweetness evident. Good finish. For sure a session beer if you’re into this kind of beer. Burps too. Having a bottle of this at Bodega Brew Pub downtown La Crosse, Wis. USA

500 ml bottle from LCBO, served cold in a Beau’s pint glass.

App.: Clear golden with a nice white froth. Aroma: Light corn/grain/cereal and light grassy Saaz hops. Palate: Medium body and fairly light carbonation, feels slick. Flav.: Same as the nose, but lighter; dry with a bit of bitterness and a clean finish.

Not terribly exciting, but it sure tastes good today (40 deg. with humidity).

Tan color with white head. Aroma of sweet malt and corn. Flavor is somewhat sweet with a slightly bitter hops finish. Not bad.
