Amber color with brown hue, and small head. Mild aroma of caramel. The body is reasonably strong, and the mouthfeel soft and round enough; good caramel flavor, with moderate residual sweetness, a nutty touch, and respectable bitterness; light alcohol warmth.
A quite good Dunkel Bock and half (not Doppel yet).
33cl Bottle. Courtesy of Fonefan. Pours clear amber copper with a small off white head. Nose is sweet of dried fruit and alcohol. As the beer warms it mellows out a bit. Bottle 33cl @ Euro Boissons Lingolsheim France. A clear brown beer with low head. Smell is very malty and caramel like. Aroma is sweet, syrupy, malty, barley sugar like, toasted, a bit astringent, grainy. A nice bock with good perfume. fonefan (52396) - VestJylland, DENMARK - NOV 6, 2010

Clear medium to dark amber color with a small average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, caramel. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, dark caramel malt, alcohol, brown sugar. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light alcoholic. 
bottled. amber brown. aroma of chocolate, pear schnapps, milk powder and cream. plenty of alcohol that goes straight to the gut, tastes a lot darker than it looks, burnt bark and chocolate flavours with some tropical fruit in there. a bit messy but i enjoyed it anyway
