Clear yellow with small white foam ring. Aroma is like mass produced lager, so is taste. Just another beer. (Moscow 201310) ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle - 500ml. Boring golden body with a quick-fading white foamy head. Weak malty/hoppy aroma. Taste is thin and ends with a short bitter finish. At least, the BOB (bottle-opener bottle) works.

One pint bottle that Patty gave me from BOTW. I sampled this with JB while he was trying to rid my computer of a virus that the kids gotten. The hops really stayed on the palate from this one cause the Yuengling I had after this tasted just like this for the 1st couple of swigs.

Enjoyit (3809) - Vadum, DENMARK - JAN 1, 2008
Pale yellow of color with a white head. An aroma of DMS, corn and almost no hops. A flat flavor of malt and no hops.

Simple light pilsener styled beer. The taste of the hops is light, but lingers. Not bad.

DrnkMcDermott (3097) - Downers Grove, Illinois, USA - MAY 25, 2004
Bottled. My first impression of Russian lagers was that they were too sweet, but maybe that was just the Baltika. This is suitably dry, the color is a nice golden hue with a thin head. Maltiness plays well with a little bitter. A nice standard beer.

pilsnerrogge (2935) - Finspång, SWEDEN - SEP 16, 2007
Draught @ Hotel Azimut, St. Petersburg
Yellow colour. Creamy head. Peculiar vanilla ice cream aroma. Thin and over carbonated with a dry, grassy bitterness

garthicus (2925) - Dublin, IRELAND - FEB 15, 2011
Thanks to my colleague Anastasia who bright this back from Russia for me. Appearance: Light orange, small off white head. Aroma: Rubber, hay, grass, wet cardboard, dust. Flavour: Tangy plastic, wet cardboard, soda like, weak body, instant bitter finish.

sloth (2897) - Ceciltucky, Co., Maryland, USA - JAN 25, 2004
Large offwhite/grey head, mostly lasting with splotchy lacing.. Good looking clear amber lager. Somewhat soapy, malty nose. Medium body. Malty, corny flavors with a hint of wet cardbord, yum. Astringent, dry finish.

Smells bad. A smidge better than the Botchkarev, perhaps. Thin and watery. Undistinguished from an american standard.
