(bottle) Cloudy, orange-golden colour with a big and slightly off-white foamy head. Slightly sugary (cara-)malty aroma with hints of marzipan, mildly citric fruity notes and a touch of human sweat (cumin ?). Moderately sweet flavour, almost full body feel with a rather calm carbonation. Slightly buttery (cara-)malty taste with spicy hints and very subtle fruity notes; slightly alcoholic and hop bitter finish, again with spicy/sweaty notes. Interesting but not for everyday use. 27.III.12 tderoeck (10002) - Gent, BELGIUM - DEC 15, 2010

Pretty clear deep orange to light copper red beer, thick stable creamy white head, long lasting, adhesive. Aroma: wax crayons, fruity, sweet malts, a touch of tropical fruits, aromatic hops, hint of yeast, alcohol on warming up. MF: nice carbon, medium body, soft texture. Taste: hop bitters, alcohol, spices. Aftertaste: dry and bitter, sour, chemical. A little like strong spirit drink. Pepper in the back of the throat.
Golden coloured and hazy. Has a white head, medium duration. Sweet aroma, fruity with notes of vanilla. Sweet flavor, more vanilla. kraddel (8579) - Antwerp, BELGIUM - OCT 20, 2014
Bottle at Barely Legal Tasting Room
Pours Dark yellow / orange . Good and stable white head .
Smell is grainy, bit sweet, bit bitter, very in balance .
Taste is very complex . Oak, buttery , grains, sweet ( vanilla ) , almost like ... bourbon ? Just on the borther of overpowering, but just right...
Slightly bitter , some malty sweetness . Some honey .
Nowhere on the bottle / this site , it officially sais this one is barrel aged .. But tastewise ? i’d be very surprised if it were not ...
Nice one ! Zita (6327) - Assentoft, DENMARK - OCT 28, 2014

(33cl bottle best by 12/16/12 thanks to bu11zeye) clear rich gold with thick frothy yellow head. Nose of juicy citrus, gold raisins, sweaty socks, and Belgian yeast. Taste is herbal, grass, alcohol, and a creamy oily body. Alcohol linger. Mora2000 (6158) - McKinney, Texas, USA - SEP 10, 2011
Thanks to bu11zeye for sharing this bottle.
The beer pours a yellow color with a white head. The aroma is not very pleasant. I get some biscuit malt and a little bit of yeast, but I also get something that resembles dirty socks and some steamed vegetables.
The flavor is better than the aroma. I get some yeast and grain notes as well as some orange citrus. Even though there is nothing offensive in the flavor, I can’t get past the aroma, making the beer somewhat hard to drink.
Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation. DutchDrebus (6048) - Oirschot, NETHERLANDS - SEP 13, 2011
Hazy yellow, lots of yeast particles, small head. Smells sweet, not fresh and peppery. Tastes weird, sweet and herbal. Good carbo, medium body.

Bottle half a year past best before date from the cheapo bin. Hazy dark golden with big fluffy long lasting cream colored head. Sweet malts and flowers, cumin, coriander, honey, some cheese, cardboard. More cumin. Over medium sweet with some alcoholic and spicy bitterness. Over medium bodied. There’s way to much cumin, it’s like that cumin cheese my parents used to eat. altonbrownd (5897) - Chevy Chase, Maryland, USA - APR 6, 2011
Bottle from Beer Planet. Glowing orange body with medium head. Nose of hops and oranges. Taste of malts, dark fruits but high ABV quite noticeable. Bit queer tasting.
