COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A noble Doppelbock, which with more than 7% alcohol and 18% wort belongs to the strongest beers in Bavaria. This specialty owes its color to the large amount of barley malt and its smoothness to the five-week lagering at 2 degrees Celsius. Strong and simply good!

0,5 l Flasche.

JoeinDahlem (1521) - Berlin, GERMANY - AUG 23, 2016
Bottle pours a dark ruby color with lush, absurdly resilient beige foam after an aggressive pour. Smells of blackstrap molasses with edges of berry, vanilla and sherry (exactly two months past best-by date). Rich fruity-vinous sweetness, comforting alcoholic warmth in the middle middle, and a balancing bitterness that builds through the finish and lingers long with the alcohol. Medium-full body but far from syrupy. Very, very nice doppelbock.

danielecamo (839) - ITALY - SEP 24, 2014
UPDATED: JUN 13, 2015 In bottiglia.
