Pours dark copper color with a small head. Aroma of sugar, caramel and mild fruits. Flavor of fruits, faint caramel and some sugary malts.

Dark brown with a red hue and an OK head. The aroma is malty and the flavour has notes of roasted malt and caramel, and the moderate bitterness has hints of licorice. Inoffensive and a somewhat thin body.

Bottle. High creamy and long lasting light brown head. Hazy dark red brown body. Roasted barley malt aroma with a bit of caramel, rather weak though. Mild but pleasant roasted malt flavor without much hops bitterness. Low carbonation. Short aftertaste.

On tap at Dronning Louise, Esbjerg. Pours almost black with a solid firm off-white head. Nice dark light roasted aroma together with some liquorice notes, lovely. Taste is full of the same dark light roasted malts, dark chocolate and liquorice. Light sticky mouthfeel. Lingering light sweet/roasted aftertaste.

Bottled somewhere in Czech republic. Light brown color, small white head. Aroma, citrus, spices. Taste, yeast, caramel, dark chocolate. Coffee bitter finish.

Has a fine malt, heavy and perhaps a bit sour (lactic). Palate is medium to full. Aroma is malty too, not much hop. Not a schwarzbier and alcohol is 3,8.

Bottle. Came at 3.8% abv. It pours dark brown with a medium off white head The aroma is tobacco, light roast and light caramel. The flavour is roasted malt, tobacco, caramel and some dusty hops.

Tap. Dark copper color. Medium size off-white head. Hops, caramel, faint coffee in aroma. Metallic, sweet, caramel and mild roast in flavor. Nice and sweet roast in aftertaste.

Bottled 500ml. -Darker cola coloured, medium sized pale beige head, slightly vinous roasty nose. Moderate roasted malt, caramel and touch of tobacco with mild bitter coffee finish. A bit watery but considering ABV it’s expected.

Finn (7836) - Tromsø, NORWAY - JUL 27, 2006
Bottle 0,5l. Extremely dark brown. A creamy tanned head lasting for a while. A warming burnt malty flavour with a sweet aftertaste. Quite good.
