April 19 2012. 500ml Bottle pours clear amber yellow into pint glass with 1-2" white soapy head that quickly dissipates to ring. Minimal almost absent lacing. Aroma is of sweet grass and malt slight hops. Initially sweet malt in flavour but quickly chased away with hops to leave a balanced almost totally canceling flavour effect. Soft fluffy palate. Bottle is entertaining read. Typical polish lager -- that means very good.

Big sweet malt aroma, deep golden amber, medium sized white head. Very malty, followed by good bitterness. Has a surprisingly full mouthfeel for a Pilsner. A very nice beer. Thanks Radek.

(Canned) Bought in a ghetto ass neighbourhood. This stood out from the cans of 8% jet fuel it was placed with. Zubr ? what a cool word. Aroma is malty ,with ceral , some ovbious boozy syrups ....bready too. Flavas tangy resiny hops ...sweet malt with caramely stickness...breadiness and dry bitterness. Plesant Polski beer.

Bottles from shop up the road, Bearwood. Strong, but contained taste, with some honey and fizzy, ground grains. Drinkable and quite pleasant on a Summer evening.

Test vom 28.3.2006, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 10,8,12,7,11,9
