Bottled. A golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma has notes of grain and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, metal, and a bit of hops, leading to a dry bitter finish. Thanks yespr for sharing. rsmeds (228) - Turku, FINLAND - MAR 14, 2007
Oh6gdx shared this bottle with me the day before my wedding, as a kind of appetizer to the De Dolle Oerbier Reserva we also had. Thanks!
Apparently this is some kind of maize-beer, so naturally I was a bit sceptical.
Colour was the deep gold of apple juice. Headless.
Aroma was malty maize, with a hint of grass and sour milk.
Flavor was actually something of a pleasant surprise. Sweetish corny malt together with a fresh hop finish and aftertaste. Certainly not as bad as I’d expected... but not exactly anything I’d recommend either.
Light body, moderate carbonation. Actually better than most bulk lagers!

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a clear yellow with a white head. Malty nose. Medium body, a little sweet malt and brewing cereal with a sulphurous edge. Ends dry and lightly bitter. 080910 oh6gdx (26482) - Vasa, FINLAND - MAR 5, 2007
bottled (Thanks Bov!). Deep golden colour, not much head at all. Aroma is maizeish and grassy, Flavour is maize, sweetish sourness and a very hoppy finish. A quite pleasant surprise as for the flavour. shrubber85 (11324) - Greenville, Indiana, USA - JAN 28, 2011
Bottle. Slightly skunky malt and bitter grass aroma. Hazy pale yellow color with moderate head. Slightly sweet barley malt and lightly bitter herbal hops flavor - luckily tastes better than it smells.

Pours a clear and yellow beer with a white head. The aroma and flavor is malt, DMS, straw and notes of sulfur. The palate is dry with sweetness. Overall a boring beer. Christian (13605) - Odense, DENMARK - APR 25, 2011
Golden with a small white head. Aroma of grain and vegetables. Sweet grainy flavour with cardboard Embrouille (2852) - SWITZERLAND - SEP 29, 2011
Bottled 33cl. Appearance: It pours a pale golden beer with a small, decently remaining white head. Some creamy lacework after having taken some sips. No uninviting looks. Aroma: Malt accented nose with corn, apple, marzipan, butter, metal, pear and boiled vegetables showing up. Taste and palate: Unrefined bitterness. Average carbonation. Sweetish. Marzipan being quite present again. Mediocre malt and hop profile. DMS showing up. Crackers sneaking in. Very faintly salty? Dryish inconsiderable finish which is mainly reminiscent of corn and doesn’t make you eager to take another sip. Overall impression: A poor pale lager. Unpleasant and without any interest. The cheesy label doesn’t help.
