5oz on tap at the brewpub. Labeled 6.5%; 6 IBU. Clear golden color. Thin mostly white head, with a nice bready wheat malt. Mild bit of pleasant honey. Some peppery spiciness. Moderate sweet taste, and some mild to moderate spicy, mildly biting bitterness. Medium body. Kind of slick texture. Lighter to moderate kind of soft carbonation. Never quite swiggable, always a sipper, though it wasn’t difficult to get through. Golden color with a good off-white head, leaving good thicker lace. A solid example of an American wheat ale, really, despite the mild spicy bitter bite. Travlr (26270) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - MAY 18, 2015
Draft at the source. Clear pale yellow color. Aroma of sweet lemon. Taste is funky lemon bubblegum. Nice. bagalagalaga (161) - Indiana, USA - JUN 27, 2014
A very good wheat ale, pretty light bodied and not super carbonated, the sweetness isn’t overdone, great beer and probably the one that would go best with the pizzas! GIJOE (1256) - North Berwick, Maine, USA - MAY 15, 2014
Yellow pour, thin, white head. Nose is light-roasted grain. Taste - balanced, but bland for me. A bit thin for a wheat beer. Not bad. Definitely drinkable. rondphoto (4494) - Lakeside Park, Kentucky, USA - OCT 3, 2013
Slightly hazy golden amber with a rim head and a mottled coat of lace. Taste is semi-sweet wheat that adds mild fizzy bittering through the palate; grows a little more bitter in a lingering finish. Drinkable, forgettable.

Draft to taster at ZwanzigZ. Looks solid; dark for a wheat though. A cloudy brownish orange with thin white head. Smells very mild with light notes of honey and wheat. Tastes like it smells, only more robust, and with a touch of citrus. Good on the palate with a creamy mouthfeel. Not bad. jcr (2779) - Jasper, Indiana, USA - APR 21, 2013
Draft. Cloudy light amber. Short, off-white head. Aroma of toasted grain, honey. Hint of floral hops. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. Medium body, creamy texture, lively carbonation. The beer is about the malts and sweet honey. Easy drinking. queenholly (3623) - South Whitley, Indiana, USA - FEB 17, 2013
Tap at brewery. Sweet honey and creamy wheat malt aroma. Hazy gold with a small white head. Creamy wheat and honey malt flavor. Light body, moderate carbonation. ContemplateBeer (2097) - Louisville, Kentucky, USA - FEB 3, 2013
Aroma of honey malt, some caramel, orange, nuts. Appearance is cloudy light gold with sticky bone head. Flavor matches the nose; sweet honey and nuts overall. Palate is light, creamy and velvety soft. I could drink gallons of this; delicious! shrubber85 (11666) - Greenville, Indiana, USA - MAR 31, 2012
Tap. Honey barley malt aroma - almost mead-like. Hazy golden yellow color with small head. Honey malt flavor with a hint of hops. Solid wheat beer - very nice.
