On tap at the brewery. Comes a clear gold with a nice white head. Aroma of malt, grass, and yeast. Taste is malt, grass, yeast, and spice. Nice Pilsener. Atom (2618) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - JAN 6, 2016
On tap a brewery, pours a clear golden with a large white head. Sweet biscuit malt aroma with light hop. Taste of sweet honey biscuit malt, light yeast, and mild hop spice. Pretty spot on for a German Pils. Ratman197 (15742) - Arvada, Colorado, USA - JAN 5, 2016
On tap at Zwei poured a clear gold with a small lingering white head. Aromas of straw, yeast and light noble hops. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a smooth dry finish. Flavors of straw and noble hops with a smooth dry moderately bitter finish. Frank (4265) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - AUG 21, 2015
This is a clear golend brew w/ a small, foamy head. It’s nose is very mild but w/ a decent herbal hop flavor. Once tasted, a more lemony note comes out. It’s off dry and maybe slightly overcarbonated but crisp and drinkable enough. This is maybe a little off style but that is not really a huge issue for me. It is a decent lager regardless. brokensail (16696) - Dublin, California, USA - AUG 21, 2015
On tap @ Zwei Brewing. Pale yellow pour with white head. Pretty similar to the helles. A lot of bread, some grass, and some citrus rind. There’s a fair amount of skunk and sulfur. A little rough around the edges, but it is okay, I suppose.

Pour on tap at the brewery, clear golden pour with white head, aroma brought notes of grass, bread, some slight yeast, dough, touch of spice. Taste was a mix of grass, bread, some slight grain and husk into a bit of yeast, slight spice, finishing fairly dry, slightly clean. onceblind (11060) - Denver, Colorado, USA - APR 10, 2015
Clear light golden with a thin sticky white cap. Clean bright aroma of earthy grassy saaz hops and Pilsen malt. Bright golden flavor with clean grassy hops and just a kiss of pepperiness. I’m still not a big fan of pilsners but this is so clean and so well made and enjoyable, I can’t help but respect it. Max64 (1) - - MAR 9, 2015 does not count
This is crisp and clean had several and they are all very consistent. the aroma is floral with a nice amount of CO2 in the beer to give a nice sent. The hops is very light and citrus like. Yeast is earthy and clean. 3fourths (9377) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - FEB 1, 2015
UPDATED: FEB 2, 2015 Clear pale gold with a fine white head. Pale malt is toasty and husky and a little raw, hops are Noble-like, grassy and citric, becoming more aromatic and enjoyable as it warms (they serve it ice cold). Medium-light body, lightly sweet with strong bitterness for Pilsner. The finish tastes something like raw milled barley and wort, and the hops in the finish are minty and grassy and there is a faint toothpaste resemblance (I’ve found a similar note in some Franconian lagers). Of the four tried during my visit, this one showed the most promise, mostly due to the lemon-pepper German noble hop aroma and less perceptible malt flaws than the others. bigbish (715) - California, USA - JAN 22, 2015
A nice pils. Pours a very light yellow, thin head. Very classic flavor profile and hops notes. Not my favorite Pils from Colorado but nice.
