COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Leuchtend glänzendes, dunkles Orange-Rot! Mit dezentem Hefeschleier und einer cremigen, hellen Schaumkrone. Intensive, von den verwendeten Hopfensorten ausgehende Fruchtigkeit. Duft nach Mango, Grapefruit, Orange, Litschi, Erdbeere, etwas Banane. Am Gaumen begleitet eine dezente Malzsüße den "exotischen Obstkorb" und formt einen kräftigen, harmonisch ausgewogenen Körper, welcher mit seiner markanten Hopfenbittere lange nachklingt.

INDIA PALE ALE - der Bierstil, erstmals im 19. Jahrhundert in England zum Transport des Bieres in die damaligen Kronkolonien geschaffen. Damit diese Bierfässer die langwierige und aufwändige Schiffsreise bestmöglich überstanden, wurde stärker eingebraut und das Bier außerdem händisch "hopfengestopft" und dadurch länger haltbar gemacht.

Die Namensgebung für "Sanjana" kommt aus dem indischen Hindi und bedeutet "Harmonie". 16.1°

[ Courtesy of my Local Swap 2015-4 Sebilinz ]. Clear medium orange colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, sweet malt, caramel, rye, moderate hoppy, citrus, orange. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, bread, sweet malt, rye, caramel, orange, hoppy, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20170304]

UPDATED: FEB 19, 2017 Bottle. Hazy dark amber colour with a medium foamy tan head, nose is hoppy, fruity and a bit soapy with notes of orange, tangerine, grapefruit, mango and lychee and some malty undertones, taste is sweet and slightly roasty with an intensely bitter finish.

330 ml bottle. Pours a slightly hazy amber with an off-white head. Aroma of sweet malts, hone, pine. Medium to full body with low carbonation. The taste is lightly sweet and medium bitter. Full flavor, sweet malts, honey, ripe tropical fruits.

0.33l bottle. Hazy orange body, thin white head. Aroma and taste of caramel, honey, toast and lots of citrusy and tropical fruity hops. The rye adds some spicyness to it. Very nice IPA.

0.33 l bottle - thanks to kapusil! hazy orange to amber colour, medium sized off-white head; aroma of tropical fruits, orange, maybe banana, too, yeast extract and floral honey notes; taste is the same with intensive honey and overripe fruity notes; great IPA!

Extreme fruity hop aroma. Nice darker bronze with little floating sediment abound. Immediately tropical fruits and then a bitter snap that should last longer, cause it’s awesome. Palate is resiny honey hops. Really nice and drinkable. Thanks for the hook up @kapusil!!!
