Medium gold with a white, thin, somewhat lasting head, smells of corn, veg and pale malt with soft yeast. Initial sour bitter taste of grass with soft sweet corn and a grainy bitter saturated finish that lasts. Leaves the mouth dry like club soda. Forced carbonation? Medium super dry watery body. kappldav123 (6110) - GERMANY - JUN 2, 2013
Thanks to quack-duck for that bottle. Looks simple but good. Beer in the glass deep golden, small head. Starts mild, malty-spicy, mild-dry background. Finish with some grasy notes, a bit metallically. Okay. MoritzF (9959) - Ottobrunn, GERMANY - MAY 31, 2013
(bottle, 33cl, thanks to Quack-Duck!) Clear, golden colour with a blond and short foamy head. Mildly citrus-fruity and delicately herbal hoppy aroma with bready malty notes. Moderately bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Bready malt-character now with more herbal hoppy accents; quite dry and hop bitter finish which is a tad too harsh and lackluster. Nevertheless a drinkable Pils. 16.IV.13 pivnizub (10662) - Bochum, Porúří, GERMANY - MAY 4, 2013
Bottle (kindly donated by Quack-Duck!):Pale golden, clear, small and slowly collapsing white head, mild aromatic-phenolic hoppy spots in the bitter and pale-malty nose; light to moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied and soft; an increasing touch of noble hops is detectable in the bitter and malty finish. A quite nice brew from the Austrian-Hungarian Empire… Quack-Duck (9485) - Down South, GERMANY - APR 1, 2013
bottle from Merkur Wien-Hütteldorf. Clear pale yellow, creamy white head, lovely aromatic hop aroma. Light-bodied, elegant malty base with a good amount of aomatic hops, presumably Saphir. Floral and slightly citrusy hop accents. Very nice.

SZÁ: Hát én ennek már nem érzek semmi izét. Hogy ez pils lenne, ki van csukva. Inkább kőnyalogató ez is.

33cl Bottle. Appearance is clear yellow color with medium, off-white head. Aroma is straight sugary sweetness with little to no other malt or hop distinction. Taste is also fairly sweet with candy sugar the main motif with some slight grassy hops. Palate is light-bodied, fairly smooth texture, slightly watery, average carbonation, and a sweet finish. Just you average, cheap Pilsner. heavy (2890) - Split, CROATIA - SEP 3, 2011
25/08 0.33 l bottle from Bier Kultur nine-pack purchased at some Interspar, Villach. It poured pale yellow body with small, short living head. Stinky cornflakes, honey and stale socks in aroma. Flavor was all malt, acidic, somewhat metallic and corny, just like a NA beer, but a low quality one. No traces of hops, except at some point in its finish. Couldn’t finish it! And I thought it’s bad for a pale lager, now I see it’s declared as a pils! Hops please? How could I like it, something went wrong here! Might rerate sometime. Bottle shared with and courtesy of heavy (thanks!)
Poured a yellow-golden body with a small head. Stale malty nose, notes of jam. The taste, however, improves a lot, an interesting lemongras-like aroma hop dominates, with the full, slightly dull and overbearing maltiness backing it up. Creamy. Ok, heavy really, REALLY didn’t like this one, dunno why. It’s a complex, solid lager that’d really shine with a better malty background, or fresh from the brewery. Not bad, definitely not bad.
