Sampled draught at Berliner Bier-Festival.
Clear goden. Dry and lightly bready. Firm backbone, soft mouthfeel. Grassy bitter finish. A classy pilsener!

The bottle looks really good, the beer in the glass also. Very creamy foam. Tatses malty-dry, modest spicy. Very drinkable. Really good beer!

Quack-Duck (9484) - Down South, GERMANY - MAR 2, 2008
bottle, bought at the brewery. Clear golden yellow, large and creamy head. Solid malty body with pleasant hops, slightly resiny and flowery. Hints of grain. Very well balanced Pilsener.

3.5
gunnar (9091) - Sandnes, NORWAY - OCT 6, 2015
Bottle from Det Gode Brygg, Sandnes. Pours clear golden with a one inch creamy white head. Aroma of grassy hops, weak caramel. Taste is crisp grassy hops, moderate dry, lively mouthfeel, a good dry German take on this classic style.

3.4
pivo (2685) - GERMANY - AUG 8, 2004
TAP (berliner beer fest): A little sulfury in the nose initially but overall pleasant aroma, hazy gold color and a foamy head. Lemony malt character and a fresh hop end that I really appreciated, though not incredibly bitter. Fully body and quite good.

3.4
ganache (5898) - New Jersey, USA - JUL 11, 2006
Bottle. Aroma of sweet floral hops and malt. Clear golden with healthy carbonation and a lacing, bubbly white head. Quality bitterness with a floral smoothness. A little citric tart. Medium-bodied, crisp, refreshing. Well-balanced with a dry, hoppy finish. Has Bohemian character. Refreshing, well-made pils.

3.4
Embrouille (2853) - SWITZERLAND - MAY 13, 2010
Bottle 33cl. Courtesy of kappldav 123. It pours a clear golden beer with a nicely lacing white head. Herbal, spicy hops throughout, dry with a lovely biscuity pale malt profile which adds to my appreciation of this beer. Good bitterness. Clean and very drinkable. Dry finish which makes you eager to drink more. Nicely brewed. Thanks a lot kappldav123!

3.3
ElDesmadre (3627) - Mikołów, POLAND - NOV 13, 2015
Bottle. Initially grainy malty, followed by herbal hop notes. With time the initially powerless bitterness finally kicks in and the beer gets pleasant.

3.3
Travlr (24758) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - MAR 16, 2017
Bottle. Clear golden color, white head. Aroma of white pepper and hap. Taste is peppery straw. Nice.

3.2
bierkoning (13352) - La Tropica/Doarp, NETHERLANDS - OCT 25, 2009
Bottle from Kappldav123. Golden color. Grassy aroma with a hint of citrus. Firm grassy hopbitter flavor, flowing into an almost herbal hopbitter finish. Thin to medium bodied.Herbal pilsener, maybe a bit low on carbon, but nonetheless well made.
