bierkoning (13299) - La Tropica, NETHERLANDS - NOV 21, 2010
Bottle from kappldav123, thanks! Deep dark brown color. Malt, caramel and chocolate in the aroma. Full bodied. Malty sweet flavor with hints of roast, caramel, chocolate cake and cinnamon. Powerful, yet very drinkable and a great balance.

Ungstrup (37330) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - AUG 24, 2010
Bottled. A deep red beer with an orangey head. The aroma has strong notes of caramel on a malty background. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and bread.

Sammer (1119) - Plano, Texas, USA - MAR 10, 2010
Dark brown pour from bottle at Outback Steakhouse. Nice mild balance of light coffee and nuts. Medium mouthfeel, smooth finish. Better than average bock. Would drink this one again.

Papsoe (25063) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - JUN 10, 2009
Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Clear orangey brown with a dense, beige head. Sweetish aroma of roasted malt and pumpernickel. Full-bodied with a fairly solid roasted malt base and some dried fruit. Some hops to be detected in the finish. 030409

fonefan (48790) - VestJylland, DENMARK - MAY 20, 2009
Bottle 50cl.
Clear medium to dark red brown color with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly - fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, light sugar, light alcohol. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily and smooth, carbonation is soft. [20090403]

MiP (15650) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - APR 13, 2009
Bottle, 6.5%. Clear dark brown colour. The flavour is slightly sweet, quite malty. Dark malts, some pepper, only slightly sweet. Well-balanced. Tastes of more than its 6.5%.

yespr (44810) - Copenhagen O, DENMARK - APR 3, 2009
50 cL bottle. Pours deep amber, clear and golden with a small and tan head. Roasted breadish and malt aroma. Light caramel to chocolate note. Mild roasted flavoured, breadish and light liqourice touch. Nice level of hops coming through. Smooth, roasted and mild spiced finish. Great brew.

BeerFanDan17 (1107) - Brunswick, Maine, USA - JAN 26, 2009
An average bock on draft at Bubba’s Bayou City Grill at the Houston airport. Similar to a brown ale with less malt. Overall smooth.

kappldav123 (6097) - GERMANY - JUL 31, 2008
The bottle looks very good, the beer in the glass also. Quite dark, fine foam. Tastes malty and strong, not too alcoholic. Very fine and intense finish. Very drinkable. Another great beer from this small brewery!

jbrus (4990) - Delft, NETHERLANDS - MAR 1, 2008
[email protected] Light malty aroma with toffee and herbal notes. Dark brown color, beige diminishing head, few lace. Malty, sweet, toffee, light herbal, light bitter. Little sticky mouthfeel and a bit warming feeling. Flavorful and high drinkability.
