Mead - Melomel / Fruited

The Melomel, or simply Fruited Mead, is an alcoholic beverage where majority of the beverage's fermentable sugar is derived from honey, with the addition of fruit in the brewing process. Many other names are used depending of the culture and the fruit used. Pyment (grape juice), Cyser (apple), Chouchen (apple juice or cider) and Rubamel (raspberry) are amongst the many names that fall under the Melomel substyle.
