Special Beer Dinner
We hope you’re planning to join us at Biaggi’s in Deer Park on Wednesday, April 14th as we welcome Stone Brewing Co. to the Chicagoland area with a special beer dinner. The evening will begin at 6:30pm and includes a seven course meal specially prepared to complement the featured beers.

Antipasto
Corn and Barese sausage fritter with piri piri hollandaise.
Featured Beer: Stone Pale Ale

Insalata
Prosciutto and melon carpaccio.
Featured Beer: Stone 07.07.07 Vertical Epic Ale

Primo
Coco braised lamb ragu with homemade pappardelle pasta topped with Parmigiano-Reggiano.
Featured Beer: Stone Smoked Porter

Pesce
Herb-seared striped bass with a potato brandade and a lobster cream broth.
Featured Beer: Stone Levitation Ale

Secondo
Caramelized fennel and brussel sprout stuffed Cornish game hen with creamy polenta and a marjoram chicken jus.

Dolce
Homemade chocolate fettuccini with blood orange supremes, grilled figs and a balsamic vanilla bean gelato.

An assortment of Artesian cheeses.
