Frasca Pizzeria & Wine Bar, the inviting Italian restaurant in the Lakeview neighborhood, will prove that it’s just as passionate about beers from Italy as it is about wine with an Italian Beer Tasting on Thursday, May 20 from 7-9 p.m.

The legendary breweries of Peroni, which was founded in Vigevano, Italy in 1846, and Moretti, founded in Udine, Italy in 1859, will be showcased and sampled during this special tasting at Frasca. Flights of three beers, Peroni pale lager, Moretti pale lager and Moretti La Rossa dark lager, will be available for $10 each. In an inspired act of suds obsession, Frasca will even be making its famous pizza dough with Peroni beer in honor of the occasion.
