Chicago Craft Beer Week kicks off with a beer-and-cheese pairing event at Rock Bottom Restaurant & Brewery in River North. Guests can sample a two-year-old cheddar accompanied by Rock Bottom’s award-winning Terminal Stout, as well as a 60-day-old blue cheese paired with the Hop Head IPA.
