On Monday night, July 26th, join Beer Director Greg Engert in an exploration of Saisons, the original, quintessential, refreshing summer brew. This once endangered category of beer has burst back onto the scene, and in increasingly complex ways. Learn about the humble beginnings of this “style” while tasting some of the very best, most rare, and unexpected versions being produced today. This tasting of seven different Saisons will be accompanied by small bites of complimentary summer foods from Birch & Barley’s Executive Chef Kyle Bailey and Pastry Chef Tiffany MacIsaac.
