Cork’n Bottle and Scott Shreffler of Schlafly will be having a special Schlafly Sellar-Bration weekend in honor of Kentucky’s fastest growing micro-brewery. We have planned not one, but two great Schlafly beer tastings for our customers that weekend. Please join us that Thursday for a fantastic food and beer tasting which will include such incredible beers as their Imperial Reserve Bourbon Barrel Stout, APA, Kolsch, Belgian-style Tripel and Quadruple, and many more. Then on Friday at the Covington location Scott and Cork’n Bottle will be tapping limited production kegs for the growler station. Don’t miss this event as we will be tasting on tap Oktoberfest, Bourbon Barrel Beer, Oktoberfest, and the world famous Special Reserve Pumpkin Ale. There is still one growler spot to be determined; in addition we will taste numerous beers from the Schlafly year round line of beers. Tickets for Thursday’s food and beer tasting are $10 and seating is limited to the first 45 people, with tickets sold in advance at both locations. Friday’s growler tasting at Covington is open to the public and the cost is only $2 to try the whole line of award-winning beers. We will pouring different beers at each tasting, so come to both and try them all. Come Sellar-Brate Schlafly as one of America’s most creative breweries at these two can’t miss events.
