Join us at Birch & Barley as we welcome two very special guests for an unprecedented collaborative beer dinner! Matthias Trum, owner of the world-famous Brewery Tavern Schlenkerla, will preside over a four-course dinner artfully prepared by Schlenkerla’s Chef Wolfgang Theil and Birch & Barley Executive Chef Kyle Bailey. That’s right, Chefs Wolfgang and Bailey have been corresponding on this authentic Bamberg menu and they will work side-by-side that evening to showcase the wonderful flavors of Franconia.

Meanwhile, Matthias will regale us with the history of his impressive brewery and tavern, as well as speaking about each of the 6 beers we will be offering with the collaborative menu.
