We have the ambition to make it a must for any self-respecting amateur epicurean and thereby attract more and more visitors fond of food tourism in the region. Showcase products and brewing local products from our region and Quebec, this is our mission.

The philosophy of the festival would also put into practice the saying "drink less, drink better".

Activities for all ages would increase the size of family and cultural festival.

The animation festival is supposed to be friendly and present throughout the site, such as street entertainers, the troubadours, street musicians, etc..

The Festibière de Gatineau, wants to make Gatineau a major destination for thousands of fans in Quebec, but Ontario and Canada.
