We’re co-hosting a 4 course beer dinner with a dessert duo. 6 food plates, 6 beers!

First Course- Lomi Lomi Style Wild Salmon Crudo with Wasabi Cavier and Sesame Wonton Chip served with Troëgs DreamWeaver Wheat

Second Course- Pastrami Topped Mini Burger with Troëgs Pale Ale Mustard on a Toasted Pretzel Roll served with Troëgs Pale Ale

Third Course- Cuban Spiced Chicken Thigh with Grilled Chorizo, Tomatoes, Jalapeños, and Saffron Rice served with Troëgs HopBack Amber Ale

Fourth Course- Double Bock Braised Osso Bucco with Potato and Celery Root Mashed and Sautéed Brussels Sprouts served with Troëgs Troegenator Double Bock

Dessert Duo- Chocolate and Brandied Cherry Trifle and a JavaHead Stout Milkshake served with Troëgs Mad Elf Ale
