Winter officially begins on the shortest day of the year, December 22, aka the Winter Solstice. We thought we’d prepare for the frigid days ahead with a Winter Welcome of our own and one that will feature the warming possibilities of a brand new brew from one of our favorite locals: Flying Dog. Join us Wednesday, December 21 as we debut Flying Dog’s Kujo Imperial Coffee Stout, an 8.9% treat brewed with coffee roasted locally by Black Dog Coffee in Summit Point, West Virginia. We will be tapping a keg of Kujo, but also a keg of Kujo on Nitro pour (for some creamy-rich goodness) as well as FIVE very different CASK version of the very same brew! In total, we are showcasing Kujo SEVEN different ways, each cask singularly spun to show just how deep this beer is, as well as how versatile it is from the beer engines.
