The brewery opens at 5pm with a raffle ticket for every purchase toward a drawing to buy one of 12 cork and caged 750 mL bottles of Cold Roses, a sour brown ale, matured in oak with tart cherries. Bottles are on sale for $30 and the raffle will be drawn at 10pm.

The Cajun Cafe will offer a complementary sampling of their excellent, reshly cooked, authentic Cajun and Louisiana Cuisine. http://www.cajuncafeonthebayou.com/
